Mathematically verified participation — a core foundation for modern infrastructure projects

Exemplar Use-Case Studies

Europe's flagship regeneration projects and institutions, examined the same way: two futures, side by side — delivery as it stands, subject to institutional and human risk, and delivery on infrastructure whose guarantees are formally proved. Public studies; corrections welcome.

All seven studies are public — open to reading, corrections and questions: david@rockrprooflabs.org.

What we mean by an “exemplar use-case study”

Each study is a working document addressed to the people responsible for a flagship infrastructure project — and open to anyone. It is built on the public record, with every date, figure and quotation sourced, and its heart is a set of interactive comparisons: for each pillar of the project's promise, the future without verified participation beside the future with it, on concrete metrics.

These are not sales documents. They are written to withstand the closest scrutiny, to be corrected and improved by the people who know each project best — in the open.

Why prove the 4 theorems?

Together they are the pebble whose ripples reach and improve every aspect of these flagship projects and institutions. None of the districts opens before the 2030s, and none will ever adopt anything unproven. The dependency runs the other way: every “with” benefit in these studies, and the avoidance of every “without” pitfall, rests on four machine-verified mathematical guarantees (including pas de fausses personnes et pas d'argent venu de nulle part) that must be proved: the 4 Theorems.

Funding applications are being lodged in 2026/27, nationally and internationally, with research agencies including ARIA (UK) and European programmes. Nothing has been awarded yet.
